Designed Tube and fitting access scaffold to external and courtyard to facilitate new build four-storey development this was traditionally constructed of brick and block with single ply roofing and high level corten steel cladding. The development consists of 49 town houses and 22 apartments arranged around two courtyards. Incorporating access to the roof areas which are paved and landscaped.
