Wider Development & Community Impact

• The new stadium forms part of the broader waterfront regeneration of the Bramley-Moore Dock area, incorporating mixed-use developments such as bars, retail spaces, and housing.
• Transport and infrastructure upgrades are ongoing, including planned improvements to Sandhills Station to accommodate increased match-day travel.
• Local parking and traffic management schemes are being developed in coordination with the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce to help minimise disruption and ensure smooth event-day operations.
