We delivered the access scaffolding in partnership with Eric Wright construction who delivered a fantastic end product. Situated in the "Ten Streets" area of North Liverpool, the development is part of a wider regeneration effort that revitalizes a derelict dockside site. Its location on the Stanley Flight, a gateway to the Stanley Dock, celebrates the city's maritime heritage. The scheme includes 185 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with 10 townhouses. All the homes are offered through a Rent-to-Buy scheme.
